Fish for Health Project participated in the Seafood Show Latin America
In October 17 to 19th, 2022, the first contact was made with the fish production chain, with the aim of publicizing the Fish for Health Project, during the Seafood Show Latin America event (São Paulo - SP).
The Nucleus participated in the event as an exhibitor at the stand of APTA – Fisheries Institute on innovation projects financed by FAPESP.
Visitors were presented the main objectives of the project, shared information materials and collected contacts of potential partners.
In order to carry out the first stage, a market study will be carried out on the main fishery products consumed in the State of São Paulo, according to geographic location and income level, including large cities, rural areas and coastal communities.
A presentation of the general idea of the project was made to several participants and institutions present, which included Fishing Owners, Restaurants and Chefs, Producers, Industrialists, Exporters, Importers, Consumers, Veterinarians and Researchers/Teachers.
